I am writing this email with regard to my stay at your hotel two weeks ago.

During the check-in process, your staff explained that I would receive a refund on my credit card security deposit (HK$1,500) a few days after check-out.
However, the amount has not been refunded yet as of today.

Please check the status of the refund and let me know as soon as possible when it will be made.
